What Does Our Program Offer Teens & Adults?

Our Program for Teens and Adults is offered for the ages of 13 and up.  In this type of Program, flexibility, endurance, conditioning, and self-defense is more developed through stringent training and more specified techniques.

Our Tae Kwon Do instruction provides a set of guidelines to enable one to act correctly in almost any situation, thus eliminating indecision or uncertainty and building confidence and self-respect.

It is important to remember that the development of the body, mind, and spirit occurs simultaneously; each contributing to the development of the others in an ever upward cycle of self-improvement.

Our adult program (ages 13 and up) is specifically designed for combining exercise for the both body and mind.  We will strengthen the body with increased flexibility through safe and effective stretching techniques. Cardiovascular fitness is achieved through drills and appropriate exercises. Deep breathing and concentration exercises will relax the mind, sharpen response times, and promote energy.
