Trophies will be awarded in Pomsae, Sparring and Breaking

Every Participant - Green Belt and Up, MUST have their own sparring equipment, mouth guard and groin guard in order to participate in the Sparring competition.

Competitor must compete in all 3 categories (Poomsae, Sparring, Breaking)
