AFTER-SCHOOL
We will require each student to do homework for 30-45 minutes each day. If they do not have homework, they will participate in some educational activity, such as reading. All children enrolled in the After School program are required to take Taekwondo classes and these are included in our After School program fee. A nutritional snack is recommended each day.
We provide transportation for your children from their elementary school. Each day will include a Taekwondo class as well as reading/creative writing activities and games and skills that build physical and mental skills for success. Our program is geared to provide a fun, safe, educational, positive environment for our students and you will notice the positive changes at home and at school.
The program is open for students grades K through 8, Monday through Friday, with pick-up time by 6:00pm.

Teacher Work Days, Holidays & Half Days
You shouldn't have to spend time worrying about where your child is and what they're doing during the days when schools are closed.
When schools schedule holidays and teacher work days, we will provide Taekwondo Camp for an additional charge, ask our staff for details.
If your child is enrolled in our 5-Day program, all holidays, half days and teacher work days are included at no additional cost.
Our program will greatly enhance your child’s confidence and concentration to improve their grades in school and overall development. Each student is an individual with his or her own rate of learning. We strive to encourage and build each child’s imagination and self-confidence.
TAEKWONDO training is everyday. Students practice all of their requirements and work at a
personal pace to accomplish goals.
ROAR’S CHARACTER BUILDING PROGRAM features monthly themes that make it easier to
interact and communicate with our students about the morals and benefits of Taekwondo. We
instill the five tenets of Taekwondo (Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance and
Indomitable-Spirit) in our students to lay the foundation for strong moral character. This coupled with Taekwondo’s ten student commitments encourages our students to do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
